- Sugar Serve – Sugar’s new customer engagement center solution designed to streamline case management and issue resolution
- In September, SugarCRM announces Sugar Discover and Sugar Connect.
- Sugar Discover is a sophisticated analytics solution acquired from Corvana, a leader in advanced CRM Analytics that provides insights to even the most complicated revenue analytics questions, accurately and fast.
- Sugar Connect is product innovation designed to improve end-user adoption of CX solutions through simplification, integration and the application of the company’s no-touch philosophy.
- And finally brining you up to date, SugarCRM Announces Fall ‘19 Release with Laser Focus on End Users
